You are funny. I work at one of the leading dental schools in the US. In the 2nd largest metro area in the world. My building is shared with part of the medical school. I don't know where you live (maybe Fantasyland right down the I-5), but dentists right out of school don't make $140K. Even most oral surgeons, which require you to have both an MD, a DDS, and oral / maxi-facial residency don't make that.

If you cannot identify them yourself, you do not have the imagination or skill set to make that kind of money. I suggest you play the lottery. P S Most doctors and dentists have huge school loans to repay, etc.

Public sector employee (especially California). Dermatologist for state prisoners ought to do it. Shrinks for state inmates top out at $700K in public record.

Putting out oil well fires pays the most money for the least work. Owning a business is the other way to make a lot of money or go broke. Something like buying a auto repair shop, hiring and managing people then open a second branch then a third. You would need to know how to repair cars, manage people, run a business and have the capital to get started.

Network Marketing. Work as hard at it as a doctor had to work to make it all the way through school and you will be making more money than him.

sorry as above states , u aren't properly informed. Especially with the new health insurance laws. most medical personal will be happy with net income of 150K after a few years. u want 300K net or gross income? then be a selfemployed business owner.
