I have to agree, if the ask you for money...its a scam. Most true affiliates programs are free. Hotel Site www.IAN.com You can also sign up on commission junction (www.cj.com) they have many affiliate program to sign up with as a publisher. Adding links to your site and making money when some one buys something off of your link. Do some research and if they ask for money...move on.
