I prefer hard copy job applications , how can I bypass online applications?

Very few jobs bypass online applications anymore, including many minimum wage jobs. Hard copy applications require an employer to keep paper records on file, which takes up space. Online applications require no space, except on a computer where space is plentiful. Employers prefer online applications also because many of them even maintain records of the people they don't hire (It protects them from EEOC lawsuits). The best (and often the only) way to bypass online applications is to already know the people you wish to get a job from.
