    I think your MCSE is more worth with a CCNA background. MCSE is more the application/OS level and CCNA the networking, which is the road to the application. Most of the NON- IT students have the same confusion in selecting CCNA, basically it is networking . once we start learning networking, definetly we find it is very hard to work with it but it is interesting, initially when we join a company we get less salary for CCNA degree but after 1 year experience we get valuable salary . we can gain more knowledge,so i prefer CCNA for a good future ..
