  I would include the computer skills you think that this particular job would find beneficial. For instance, say you are applying for an Administrative Assistant position, computer programs such as Word, Excel, Publisher, Access, etc., would be good to list. But if you are applying for a Software Technician position, I would think you would put something like C+, LINUX, Microsoft Office applications, etc.
