  Base on you situation, you need a job soon. I also get an impression that you are not familiar with Computer field. Hence, I will suggest that you get a MCSE or CCNA certificate with good marks. Based on my experience as I programmer I say that you will need to have an Engineering degree or BSC Computer Science with 70% to get into a programming job. I would suggest that you take a couple of weeks time to contact different computer-networking institutes in your place. Go there see how are the labs, whether they allow one student per computer, extra time for practising etc. Also, talk to ex-students about their experience with the institute. I remember having lost my job as programmer during recession time in 2009 and then doing a CCNA. But I got back in programming. I guess that was my destiny. Wish you success !
