Kindly give me a format of letter for increment of salary?

I am Master mariners join the maritime institute ,completed 3 years still no salary increment ,6 months before i send the salary letter to trustee but no reply . kindy give me a format of letter for increment of salary to trustee stating with remainding of earlier letter and breakwise a) increase of salary b) increase on conveyance

is there no process in your organization where annual appraisal takes place? if no, then you need to address your concern to your reporting head; always dont make things official; saying it through word of mouth can be done a lot easier than being too official; try this; also the current economic situation is so bad that everywhere its salary reduction, job retrenchment et al; so time it properly, buddy!
