What do you need in your RESUME to get a high paying computer science engineer job?

A resume gets you an interview. Nothing else. At the interview, you impress them with what you really know and how you can help a team solve its current issues. People that pad their resumes can be smelled from a mile away, and are generally stupid. A practitioner will simply pass the resume over.

For a high paying job, you'll need a few simple things 1. A degree in Computer Science in the Engineering Faculty at an Accredited University/Post-Secondary institute. 2. For good paying jobs, most place will also require 5 years minimum experience. If you have significantly more experience, you might be able to substitute for a degree. (Someone with 10 years experience might be chosen over someone with little experience and a degree). 3. Good references from previous jobs in a related job A good job will be based on proven experience on the field, whether this is schooling or work. Your resume is just proof of your experience, so there's nothing special except for schooling and experience.
