    Right now you are jail bait. Do you think someone is going to risk going to jail for hiring a 14 year old? Right now what you are doing is excellent resume material. Right now get a letter stating how good you are from everybody (your parish, your teacher and the hospital) so you will have references if needed. For right now give a 125% to those things.....it will pay off.

You cannot work legally at your age, unless your state is different than most. When you are legal enough, you can write in your volunteer experience, which employers like to see.
