Do I have the right to go get my child from my sons father with the police without arugment?

I think there are a lot details missing here. Is he in violation of his visitation? Is your son being harmed? I dont think the police will just arbitrarily show up with you to retrieve your son without a very good reason and legal recourse.

depends on who has primary custody. check your divorce agreement. if you dont have one, if he's a baby daddy, then yeah, you own that baby, go get him!
