But let me continue In her country she would also be paid allot less so why is she not there? In her country she could not be a boss Not reporting correct hours of work and or vacation is illegal in this country If the people in your country are stupid enough to work for low wages that is their problem Sorry your countries idea of making it big is having 2 cows, and a 1 bedroom home. Time for everyone to report her at the same time to upper management this idiot has got to go.

Your boss is a idiot, but i don't think a racist. If life were so good in her country, it begs the question why did she leave. She has growing up to do, that is it. The only problem in here is your second question or point number 4) Falsify a record is a problem.

OH I'd say It's def. racist! I'd also say she or he needs to loose their job! I'd also say GO BACK WHERE YOU CAME FROM! "If you liked your damn country so freaking much than why are you here anyway"! People like this need to be deported!
