    Honestly? Here's what I'd do if I had to do it all over again. I would look for a big career field (more promotion chances) with portability to the outside. You want to be able to say "bite me" and take your skills out after 4 years. Not many people need you to repair jets on the outside. There isn't much call for aerial gunnery. Electronics? You're honestly not working on state of the art stuff. Remember, it takes awhile to buy state of the art...and the government is all about the lowest bidder. Radiology tech: Portable! Paralegal: Portable! Services (they run the gym, dining facilities, billeting): Portable! You can run gyms, restaurants, hotels! Tech control: Portable! MSgt, USAF (Ret) Retired paralegal

well i initianaly wanted to join as a pilot, im still in college and have done LOADS of reserch, i am now 100% sure i will be signing my contract as a WSOC weapon systems operator. crewman. and perhaps a SAR training course later in my life. within WSOC_SAR specialist. or some such. if you are realy good ATC controller is pretty cool, i did work experience last year when i was 18 at RAF VALLEY in wales and its just a sweet job, also a weapon system operator LINGUIST is probibly an awsome path to take... i cant wait to travel, are you in the US AF? or RAF (great britain) i wish you all the best and i hope i get best answer ahah. The best jobs are cooks or Police. I made a 99 on my ASVAB and joined the ARMY, that's proof that a good score doesn't make you smart. I had the best job though, I repaired radios and electronics.
