I am also doing in seo field job last 3 years still doing in seo. seo is good but you can go for the Software Testing there is a good salary packeged you should go for the software field.

Stick with current job, in future you will get better opportunity and side by side prepare for government job. This is culture of India just follow it .Getting job in another field is very tough and it will vanish your current experience.
