Vons is a great place to start. They have good benefits and you can work your way up. Also try some arcades en stuff. They usually hire younger people. Good luck =)

Not McDonald's, that's for DAMN sure. Retail, however, is heaven for teenagers. But since most retail stores only start hiring at 16...well, I was able to work at Six Flags at 15, that was okay.
