  Pre interview is to save time and to make sure that you have the right background for the position. So many people are desperate for a job that they are applying for any position that is advertise. Go over your resume and make sure that you have all of your answers together. Verify the dates that you have on your resume, addresses, contact persons current telephone numbers. Do not include your past salaries on your resume, and when you are asked, reply ' what is the current salary range for this position'? Never sell yourself short, always be open to learning what they are willing to offer you for your background and experience, although it is a training position.
