    No I would not. The problem with being "not-for-profit" is that there is not incentive to improve. Hospitals need to innovate and improve techniques, equipment, level of customer care etc. Where is the incentive to do so if you get paid the same wether you are trying to do more than the bare minimum or not? It's the same problem that plagues all socialist schemes. If everyone in the same position makes the same money whether they are slacking off or going above and beyond, most employees will choose slacking off.
