It should be seen has a huge undertaking and be given serious consideration and planning to ensure that it is able to last. If this is not something you have the time for, maybe you should consider working with/partnering with an orgniazation that does similar work. In general, before starting an NPO, one should do his or her homework to see what services and programs are already out there and build upon on those. That is the best way to support your community.
