    Yes your JSA will be affected if you just leave, so you should write down everything that's happened and take it to your JC advisor. If they agree that this place has treated you badly enough (not getting a break is against the law so they would never condone that) then they will let you leave, and probably refuse to let that place take on any more work experience people. Look on the direct.gov website for all the laws about work, e.g. what breaks you have to have in a shift etc, and then keep a diary of what happens.

Yes if you quit Work Experience without informing Job Centre first, they will cut your JSA. If you complain to them about your boss - they will phone him up and he will hate you even more and create a situation where you leave. Either way, you are doomed now.
