You are doing something wrong. That degree is one that can prepare you for a broad range of career possibilities. You need to start at the bottom in a good business. Suggestions are entry level sales, sales support, customer relations, accounting, recruiting, etc. Go to the websites of big corporations in your area and see what they have listed. I recommend a book called "Knock Em Dead" by Martin Yate. He also has a website.
