    Don't! It's one of the most typical degrees they churn out. You don't even have to major in this if you want to work in police. You can major in ANYTHING. That's one of the biggest misconceptions. Actually, I majored in it but didn't finish. I ended up working full time. I enjoyed it-learn a lot but....don't waste your time. Major in what you WANT, not what you THINK YOU need.
