www.usajobs.gov is the federal website. Look for jobs at the GS-5/6 level - dont' go too high, you'll need a Masters for GS -9. Also, find your state's government website - look for employment commission - get registered and start looking for jobs through them. (Do this in both states). Don't forget to register/use your college's career center - their job postings are going to change constantly. There are lots of entry level jobs for BS degrees. And if you're interested in pursing your masters(which I highly recommend in this field), you'll have a much better chance of moving up faster. Get your resume in order, letters of recommendation on file, be prepared for a thorough background check. Good luck...
