I think you're confused as to the definition of disenfranchised. Non-profit business is an oxymoron. The want ads are a good place for the homeless to start when looking for a job. Maybe they could go to a temp agency. What exactly would you be doing with this grant money? Setting up a card table with a laptop on monster.com?
