do i tell the job about the reson why i got fired or i dont tell them.

Answer:
Let me answer this in two parts. First, you don't tell your employer that you were fired from a previous job unless there's no way to avoid it. For example, let's say you worked at McDonald's for 1 week - just don't mention that experience. If you worked somewhere for months or years and were then fired, you may have no choice. Were you really fired from three jobs? You an NFL coach or something? Second, if you legitimately were fired from three straight jobs, you have a more important issue to consider than just finding work. Why do you keep getting fired? There are some industries where getting laid off is common - such as electrical wiring, construction, and so on - but none where getting fired is common or acceptable. Whatever the reason is, you're putting together a really poor track record for yourself. Get it together or you'll never go very far in life.

Be honest and tell the truth, BUT also before you do the application find out if your former employers will give you good reference. Second you need to find out cause why you were let go from those three jobs and lump them together to find the source so you can make one explanation and use that as a learning tool so you will not be fired again.

Well... don't lie. First of all, you'll always wonder if you'll be caught (and fired again). Second of all, you never know who's going to know you at this job. Thirdly, they can call previous employers and find out why you were fired or if you were fired. If I were fired from a job for a valid reason, then I would probably leave that employer off of my application. However, since you were fired from your three previous jobs... this may not work for you. If it asks the reason that you left your previous employer, try to state the reason in a way that doesn't make you look so bad... although 3 firings looks horrible. You may need to keep a few of those off of your application. If those were your only jobs, find a low-wage job that doesn't require experience and stay there for at least a year... then try filling out applications again.

You have the choice of being honest in the application, or waiting until the potential employer performs a background check and finds out on their own.................

Tell them. They'll appreciate your honesty and omitting information from your application can disqualify you from employment or can even have you dismissed after employment if your employer finds out.

Dont tell them. Better them maybe checking then you telling them and you might have a shot versus you not having a shot.

I'd tell them everything.

tell the truth as u will get in more trouble if they find out and you didn't tell them!!!

Lie. Lie. Lie. You have better chances with a lie than you do the truth because the fact is... 3 firings is excessive.

lmao ... you are probably not going to last at the job anyway if you just got fired anyway ... so dont waste anyones time ... take a board and hand out at an intersection
