    I have a client who sometimes will occasionally ask us to find billboard sales reps for them. These are typically performance based positions. IOW, you'll get a fair base, but the bulk of your money is earned by closing deals. While conducting interviews, most of the "successful" people I have talked with in this profession are close to or are in the 6 digit range, base plus bonus. As a side note, many of these people are road warriors out of necessity to make that kind of money.
