What is being a Macy's Sales Associate like?

What if u dont reach ur sales goal all the time at macys?

  I don't think they will fire you right away. They will have to consider other factors before taking that decision and do deliberation and evaluation. You also have to assess whether you've also done your part. If you think you're lacking in communication skills or need some improvement in product presentation, you can try enrolling in sales training programs or ask tips from co-workers who are also into sales. If you are equipped with the proper skills, the better chances for you to achieve your sales goal. Just do your best.
