    It is a very shady company, you can only be paid if you sell something. Their way of operation is to collect $150 from every one, then set you loose and if you do not sell anything, they do not pay you a cent. Eventually, you will be disgusted of trying to sell, and quit. They have over 500 people like you in the field at any one time, maybe more - at $150 per sucker - oops, victim -, that's $75,000 for them. If they get rid of everyone and "hire" another 500 more, that's $150,000 for them doing nothing. Yes, it's a great scheme - for them, not you. Save yourself the $150. Move on.

Scratch this company off of your list for potential employment, their the ones who should be paying you to train. Search for other employment options and you're sure to find companies that will offer paid training for your time. Also if you are unsure wether or not Vector Marketing is a scam or not you can contact the Better Business Bureau, or your state Chamber of Commerce and ask them about Vector Marketing, they should know if they are legal or illegal.
