What are the tips as a sales representative?

I need some good sales tips on recruiting avon sales reps. Someone please help me with this asap?

    Customers who buy a lot, ask them if they would like to get a discount on their products by becoming a rep Tailgating perfume sampling door knocking stop handing out your brochures - they get you customers (unless that's what you are looking for) Go shopping for sales reps. Ask anyone and everyone if they know of anyone who might be interested in earning some extra $$ for Christmas. Get there names and # Just get out there and make it a must to come home with at least 5 new names and numbers each day. Then follow up...ALWAYS..otherwise its a waste of time.Out of the 5 you should be able to convert ar least 1 a day. 20 in 20 days is no problem if you set your mind to it.
