Ideas for a sales video?

  Hi, there are really two types of motivation to consider. One is caused by external factors, such as salary, commission, recognition, praise, sales awards etc. Those factors are fairly straight forward for a sales manager to influence. The second type of motivation is internal, caused by what a person thinks and feels. That type rarely gets much attention, but in terms of sales motivation it is critical. A simple example might be making some cold calls for an hour with no positive conversations. One thought might be 'this is just a waste of time' , but another thought might be 'I know this is a numbers game so I'll keep dialling'. Same situation, two different thoughts leading to two different behaviours.
