Volunteer experience is perfect to put there! That is almost just as good as job experience. Since you are 15 they won't be expecting you to have a ton of job experience. But you want to show them that you can handle the job. Have you checked what their minimum age is for hiring? Many can hire at 15, but choose to only hire 16 and up or 18 and up.

Dont put desired earnings, since they dont look at that anyway. But yeah put some volunteer stuff and if there is a spot to add details explain that you are trying to get job experience.
