  • Answer:

Go with "good work ethics" great customer service and add on or tie in sales. These are things that retail management likes to hear. I used to be in retail and I would look for people who didn't over do it but had the confidence to get what I wanted accomplished. I hope this helps. gl

The best way to rock your interview and get the job is to be prepared for the interview. Do you know what the job is? If you don't or you aren't sure, call and ask. Prepare questions they may potentially ask you and have an answer for those questions. The typical question asked in any interview is "So tell me a little bit about yourself." http://www.interviewchatter.com/so-tell-me-a-little-bit-about-yourself/ You need an answer to this question. I have never worked there, but I shop there. I like there shop because it always spotlessly clean and orderly. Everything is always clearly priced so I never have to find a clerk to tell me how much something is. Doing that takes too long and I usually just leave off the item. Things are grouped together by scents with the whole line there together. I don't have to go hunting for the hand lotion to match the bath gel. I shop there especially at Christmas and it is always very busy. But the clerks are always willing to answer any question like I was the only one there. The special sales are always very clear and never meant to be tricky to try to get the list at the register longer. The girls are never "silly" acting and don't stand around talking to each other. They all are working independently. Just be friendly, not what we use to call a "valley girl". Good luck
