How do teens get jobs without working experience?

I am 17 years old and I want to get a job soon but I heard you need to fill out a resume for any job (if I'm correct) but I have no job experience or have done any volunteer work ...show more

It definitely would help if you are going to do some volunteering work.. It will also help if you are going to put some references the employer can contact to and ask about yourself. A reference can be a teacher from a course that is relevant to the job you are applying to, or a relative. Though relatives not always work. These are the two things that should probably help you to get a job. Also try to put some skills that are relevant to the job you are applying for. There are a whole bunch of things that you can put on the resume that will attract the employer, even if you have no working experience.
