    Your first question might be something they will ask of you ... how soon did it take you in your last job to be productive? So, are you a 'self-starter' ... do you have the initiative to find out answers on your own / how long before you can work without support. How about asking about the structure? Who will you report to / will that person look after just you or many people? Are you keen to take on more responsibility and move into a senior role where you might need to look after people. As an employer I'd want to see signs that you are ambitious, but also keen to learn from the ground up. I'd also want to know how many were got rid of at your last place. So were there 5 of you, and all got rid of; or 10 of you, and only you were let go. So, basically show where you were in that order, and why you went. If everyone left then it's an easy answer for you. But if some were left on you need a good reason why it wasn't you. So, experience, or salary or something. You don't want to end up looking like the first choice to be got rid of(!) Good luck. Be polite. Smile. Be confident, but calm.

Those are good, but depending on how competitive this job is, they might ask you tough questions like What are some of your weaknesses? What didn't you like about your past job? Give me an example of a time when you had to make a tough decision? Give me an example of a time when you were challenged? This is the toughest question I've ever received and bombed: With all these people applying for this job (thousands from all across the world), why should we hire you? Or why should we put you on the top of our list? Anyways, your answers are good for those questions. But you need to think of SPECIFIC examples. Again, it depends on how competitive this job is. If not, then you're good to go!
