whats the difference between a senior sales assistant and a normal sales assistant? please help me
-
Answer:
This will depend on the company, I myself have been both in various companies. Usually the difference is just experience and time with the company. Sometimes 'seniors' have a better track record of sales, (again often gained with experience and/or time in company) sometimes it is purely a salary thing and seniors have been there longer/sell more therefore get paid more. Sometimes supervisory aspects are involved also, but not Always.
