    Also, stupid as it may seem ask questions, for example what EXACTLY will my roles and responsibilities be within the COMPANY? How many applicants we're there that got through to this stage, (the interview process)? Just think about generally why you applied to the Company and why you want to work for them??

You may get told to do a role play that will test your skill on dealking with customers! I'm not sure about what specific one you may get but don't forget to complete the orginal task in the role play because they tell you to do one thing but they bring something totally different into it to test if you remeber to do all things!
