For example: Reply to: Box 444A you would mail your resume and your cover letter to: Director of Human Resources BOX 444A Whatever town, Whatever state, zip Or whatever the paper you read this on said to use.

Its a post office box number - used when advertisers don't want to provide who they are. Having said that, box numbers are very very sercure!
