Very good customer service on the phone in a call centre when making outbound calls; what is the key?

    to reach your targets you first of all need to believe in the product your selling, would you buy it yourself? even if you wouldnt, you have to act as if you would, no one will buy off someone that doesnt sound confident in what they are selling. again make the customer feel as if they need the product and dont throw the customer service out the window to get a sale. am not sure if your commission is based on cancellation rate but try and consolidate each sale to ensure the customer doesnt cancel. if your selling a product that is regulate e,g insurance products regulate by FSA then ensure you stick to the guidelines.
