  the good thing about majoring in marketing is that there is not one specific job available to you after graduating. since you are also interested in music and you will really only be eligible for an entry level position after graduating from college, i suggest that you apply to companies which interest you for the long run. if for example working for a record company interests you, then apply for a position within a record companies marketing division. another possibility could be music licensing companies. once you are working from within you will gain a greater insight as to where and how you can climb the corporate ladder.
