Any idea of marketing strategy that can improve sales for my Education Center?

First, find out everything you can about your present clients: who are they, what they like/dislike, why they are there. Then focus your marketing message to similar groups, playing up those things your present clients most like about your center. Advertise where your customers come from. Use testimonials rather than celebrities...they make more sense and cost a whole lot less. Get a website if you don't have one. Make sure you're in the Yellow Pages. Marketing strategies begin with a focus on your customers and a bunch of questions to answer. Who are are your clients? e.g., high-school or college students? adults? children? Who are the decision makers? e.g. parents? teachers? employers? What do they need? Tutoring? in depth education? technical know-how? Where are they? How do you reach them? e.g. Community centers? Schools? etc. What value does your education center bring to meet your client needs? How can you communicate that value and reach them? In the end you need to communicate effectively and efficiently. If you're an on-line company, then consider purchasing search engine keywords and pay-for-performance type advertising. If you're a local company, consider print ads in local papers. Targeting the right customers with the right value message and a "call to action" is key.
