Is Vector Marketing a scam?

yes. i called them once and i changed my mind when i found it was a dishonest thing, and they would NOT stop calling my house and harrassing my family phone after that. its basically you have to put like $500 up front or whatever to buy a model knife set, and then you have to go around selling the knives to your family and friends or whoever you know. so unless you have $500 to put up front for the knife set, which people are probably not going to buy because its so expensive, i would pass and try something thats more hourly and not just on commission. although my ex boyfriend who did it did say the knives were very nice and worked well, but for $500 it should!

Not a complete scam. Its a door to door sort of thing so if you take it seriously you can make money but who wants to go door to door?

It might be too late, but consider this: yes, there are multimillionaires made in "vector marketing"--the same as MLM. But the people at the top/beginning are the ones who win...the "soldiers" such as you DON'T. Next advice: DON'T invest money, unless you get excellent advice--which will NOT come from the people who want to "hire" you. (I put that in quotes because there are hundreds/millions of scams that indicate they are hiring you--and, where is the employment contract? When and how do you get paid?) Be careful here.....and good luck....
