Answer:
Pay by commission means that you will not receive a regular salary. Instead you will be payed according to your performance in sales. If you make a lot a sales, or earn a lot of money for your company, you will be payed much more than if your sales performance is low. Hope this helped. Cheers

It means precisely what it says - you only get paid when you sell, there is no basic reliable. If you have a good product and are a good salesperson then you can make a living, but it will never be steady. In the current economic climate it is a risky proposition as the company can have as many salespeople as they like at no real cost. On the other hand, it is easier then self employment! Good luck!

It means basically you're getting paid on how well you sell things. Basically whatever it is you're selling you will get a certain percentage from what it sold for. So keeping it simple lets say you get 10% commission and you sell something for $100 you will receive $10 from that... This can be a good thing or a bad thing. Because you can go a long time without selling anything and therefore make no money. Or you can do great and make a lot of money. Lets hope its that one.. But good luck to you

It generally means you don't get an hourly wage or salary. you only get paid based on how much you sell. If you don't sell anything, you don't make anything.

it means you only get paid a percentage of what you make. so the less you make for the company, the less you'll get in commission, and the more you make, the more $ you'll take home.
