There are thousands of reasons. Be more specific. Are you hyper at bedtime? Do you have asthma? Your being to vague. 11pm is a good time to fall asleep.

I have the same problem but what I do is stay up really late one night and set my alarm for like 11:00. And once I do that a few times I start staying up less and less but I am still in the groove of waking up at 11:00 in the morning. Hope this helps. :)

Welcome to teenage sleep patterns. Most teenagers have trouble falling asleep early and then have to wake up early for school. What's strange for you is that you can't sleep later in the morning. Not everyone can sleep in a car or a plane. If you are always tired, see the doctor, you could have a chronic infection or maybe not eating enough. If noises wake you up, try a sound machine- it makes white noise which then blocks out other sounds that wake you up.
