  • Answer:

Wear a collared shirt & either black or grey suit pants. Make sure you have closed in shoes & hair tied back. Remember, first impressions last, so act confident, firm handshake and smile. They will usually ask questions related to the job role. Here are a few standard interview questions, I ask when emplying new people. 1. What are your strengths / weaknesses 2. Explain a time when you took inititative 3. How would you handle a customer complaint 4. Why should we hire you for the role 5. Where do ou see yourself in 5 years 6. What quality could you bring to our business 7. What motivates you 8. How do you handle stress 9. Whats the most difficult decision you have ever had to make 10. If I asked your friends to describe you, what would they say? Goodluck. Remember, its your first job & they expect you to be a little nervous, so practice these questions and go for it!!!!

Avoid jeans and t-shirts and don't go with the black and white look. Black pants are fine, nice shirt, light make-up. Think "Visiting Grandma". Make sure your cell phone is either off or on silent and don't bring friends, they want your undivided attention. Just because this is your first job doesn't mean you don't have experience. Baby sitting, school activities and house work are things to bring up during the interview(I know it doesn't effect your outfit but advise is advise). Good luck.

Wear something comfortable but NOT jeans. And DON'T wear a top with a low neckline or one that the hem doesn't cover the waistband of the pants you wear. Make sure you look neat and clean-cut. Oh, and no flip-flops or open-toed shoes. They'll tell you that you can't wear them to work in, too. The word "wholesome" comes to mind. I'm really not sure what they'll ask, but you'll want to look calm on the outside, even if you're shaking in your "boots." One thing they'll probably want to know is whether you have reliable transportation to and from work. They'll want to know how late you can work on school nights and whether you can work on weekends. They'll want you to get a health certificate. They'll probably go over the basic rules that employees have to abide by, too. Just remember that the boss is a potential friend, and that if you do what you're supposed to and be nice to the customers, you won't have any really big problems. The main thing they look for is people who will show up to work on time when they're supposed to, and who will do their jobs without complaining or horsing around, who don't take longer breaks than they should, and who are trustworthy.

Make sure you have a clean and neat hairdo and just look tidy. As long as you look clean and organized you should be fine.

Nice pants and a collared shirt or sweater. Nothing overtly trendy or outrageous. By the way, there is nothing wrong with working at Mc Donalds. It is a good, honest job, don't let someone tell you otherwise.

I woul dress normally but cleanly. Make sure you do not look like you just got out of bed, or out of school. As for the interview, blatant honesty is best. Just tell them exactly how you feel, though usually interveiws are more a matter of, "How available are you?" at the Mcdonald's level. If you are nervous say so! Walk in, Smile, Shake the hand, and say, "I'm sorry, I am a little nervous." The questions they will probably as will be Have you ever been in a situation where you had to exhibit leadership? Have you ever caught a fellow ...person.. cheating at something? And What did you do? Basically to get a sense of your integrity. You will be great don't worry!

Wear a polo shirt and nice pants (not jeans). Also, bring a pen, ID, signed work permit (if needed) and Social Security Card... if you need that stuff and come prepared it'll make a good impression. They'll probably ask: why do you want to work there? Because you've heard about all the great opportunies to move up after graduation. what is your availability? After school? Weekends? why should they hire you? you're reliable, honest, and hey, you know the menu, right? what are your strengths? you learn quickly or have a great memory... what are your weaknesses? be honest, but don't create a long list... say something like "i can't stand leaving a project undone" Just the basics for a job like this be prepared and you'll do great!

Wear something casual will do. Nothing too loud. They're likely to ask you on how flexible you're with your time? If you enjoy serving customers, are you hot-tempered? Honesty will also come into play because the restaurant handles cash.
