Examples of job interview questions anybody?

you had to deal with a problem without assistance. you had responsability for setting up a project. you are proud of something you achieved. you dealt with deadlines ... always say you ensure deadlines are met by giving yourself a deadline of a few days before the real deadline to allow for any last minute problems and that if problems occur you would contact your supervisor asap, they want to know you won't hide things!!

They always ask what are your best and worst character points. For the worst, don't say "I'm a perfectionist" as they really hate that, it's such a cop-out.

these give me questions are asked in behavioral job interviews, interviewers are trying to feel you out, trying to find out how you deal with others, deal with situation etc. Give me a specific example of a time when you used good judgment and logic in solving a problem. Give me an example of a time when you were able to successfully communicate with another person even when that individual may not have personally liked you (or vice versa). Give me a specific example of a time when a co-worker or classmate criticized your work in front of others. How did you respond? yeah i had an interview like this.... they ask you to give examples of when you were in a team based environment, or if you supervied a team what did you do to keep motivation etc.. a time when you were in a difficult situation how did you overcome it? they always ask what you know about their company, make sure you give lots of detail on this. if its public based they will ask if you had a very abusive complaintant? how did you turn the situation around and calm it down? good luck! x

No answer for exact questions, unless someone in here is gonna be giving you the interview. They will be looking for ways you have used your initiative and skills to overcome problems or dealt with situations in the past and see if you have the ability to be able to match your current skills and knowledge to the job you are applying for. They will want you to give examples of your experiences and for you to be able to reflect on them and to explain how these experiences have or haven't changed your perceptions or your work ethic.

What interested you in my company, specifically. Everybody wants to know why they are being chosen. Did they make a great product, have they been in business a long time with good standing, and reputation. Now is you're chance to give them a sincere complement, and really mean it!

What they really are looking for is your experience in this position before hiring you. They will probably ask what is the wors case scenario you have had for this type of positiion.

Name 3 of your weaknesses? What do you know about our Company? Why do you want to work here? Name one improvement that we could introduce? What do you think about abolishing Muslims wearing veils (they will ask your view on a topical question to ascertain your politics therefore answer in a non-committal way)?
