How can i work with people that dont like me and talk bad about me ??

I would ignore them. Also depending how bad it gets it could be considered harassment. I would go to your boss let him know. Also tell him that if he does nothing about it then u will contact the labour board. It's illegal and they can't get away with it. No one should feel unwanted in a work place.

Say something to them It should be enough for them to respect you and shut the hell up... Just because you're under the wing of your Boss doesn't mean you have to be silent about it.

Change jobs.

just make sure that you are not doing the same, ignore them, if they are harassing you report them to the human resources department of you employment harassment is illegal, as is malicious gossip

I know it hurts - but take a higher road than them. Their gossip will come back and bite them in the petootie one day. Someone told me once that when you hear someone talking about you - think "What you say about me is none of my business". If they're spreading lies and slander - then I think you should bring it up with H/R. Good luck!! I'm on your side!!:)
