If you want to watch live there are two options. The first is to watch a live stream, if it's provided. None of these channels offer live streams, so you're out of luck. The second is to get a tuner card for your computer. You mention Nick and SciFI, which are cable channels, so you'll also need a cable subscription, a cable to connect to the tuner card, and probably a tuner that supports cable cards (check with the cable company on what they recommend). Some shows are available online after they air. Hulu.com has a lot, as do the sites for the networks (nbc.com, cbs.com etc).
