Why was veronica mars cancelled?

Is Veronica Mars going to be cancelled after this current season?

    I am freaking out over the same thing. I am hearing several different answers. I guess we will know tomorrow but some say it will be June 15 . It better not get cancelled & I will really be mad if they cancel & don't give it at least a series finale!! I am really starting to hate the CW

Probably Cw is coming up with lame shows, the search for the next pussycat doll was lame, as well as this new show something palms, look like a sexually charged lame drama. Gilmore girls got hacked, and now probably Veronica Mars, and One Tree HIll.

Unfortunately, it has just been announced that the show will be cancelled. Yet ANOTHER example of a network cancelling a GREAT show. I don't know about you, but I'm getting pretty sick and tired of being a victim of our stupid society. Shows that play to the lowest common denominator get the highest ratings, and so the good ones are sacrificed at their expense. Yeah, I sure can't wait for the next episode of the &%*@ PUSSYCAT DOLLS!!!

a lot of people say that its going to be cancelled. and some say it wont. i hope it wont. and actually i think that it wont. because from an interview i read. they were talking about the next fall line up. and they said something about one tree hill and veronica mars. and some other shows. so hopefully it comes back.

It actually looks like it will be. The CW releases its fall schedule tomorrow, and it's looking like it won't be shown anymore after the current season ends.
