What are side effects of iron tablets?

Will it be ok if i eat iron supplement tablets........will there be any side effects?

    No. It is very safe. I was anaemic and I took walgreens iron tablets. I did not have any side effects. I took it for 3 to 4 mths. And now I m out of it. U may get a little dark because tht is the feature of iron. Other than tht no side effects. The only thing i observed was my skin tending to become dark.

Iron is typically taken for Anemia, check with a doctor to verify your dosage, how much iron should you take. Too much can be very dangerous, and typical side efect will include constipation. My wife takes iron for Anemia.

No side effects if you stick to the reccomended dosage. I agree tho.. ask your doctor. they know best
