you could be dehydrated, make sure the 1st thing you do when you wake up is drink a big glass of water. and after you drink coffee as well drink a big glass of water and make sure you eat something. maybe you are not getting enough sleep, or you have an uncomfortable bed/pillow... If your headaches go away as the day goes on then i would not worry about it. otherwise see a doctor.

Sleep Apnea. NOt enough oxygen to your brain. Can be bad.

Could be a number of things: dehydration, sinus congestion, lack of sleep, etc.

Agree with bed or pillow but it's useful to visit doctor. Cause headaches are conected with circulation of blood and nervs.

If you've been out the night before you may not have had enough sleep. Also, hangovers are caused by dehydration. If you've been out and stuck to Cokes all night they are diuretic and likely to dehydrate you just like alcohol - though probably with less vehemence! Don't do coffee - it will aggravate the problem. Have water and treat it like a hangover.
