run under room temp water (cold will make it hurt more when you pull it out of the water) your skinis continueing to burn at a very slow rate like a coal. you need to leave it in the room temp water for about 30 min.... sounds long but it works,

Buy a spray called Dermoplast at your local pharmacy. It has antibiotics so it won't get infected and pain reliever as well. Best thing you can use if you don't want to go to a doctor. Don't put Neosporin. It's only for small cuts.
