What are the management courses( apart from construction management )that can be done after pursuing bachelors in civil engineering  which also allows me to continue my career in the construction industry?

Contract law, finance (investment, not accounting) and psychology.

You can choose to continue a career in construction industry after any management degree. There are many infrastructure advisory and infra funds that look favourably at MBA's with experience in construction industry. Though I doubt there is any MBA course specifically tailored for the industry

You can take a look at the following institutes which specialize in civil engineering management courses: NICMAR, Pune Adani Institute of Infrastructure Management NICMAR provides a range of courses to suit the needs and Adani provides a MBA equivalent course aiming at civil engineering only to experienced professionals.

In India, there is NICMAR, Pune. They offer MBA in construction management. I think, IITs are offering masters in the same. In US, you have masters in construction management but to best of my knowledge NYU SCPS is also offering masters in real estate management.
